    Who’s Copying Who
    Kliger Partners recently successfully defended a manufacturer and wholesaler of a range of fast moving consumer goods against a much larger rival manufacturer’s claims of passing off and a breach of the Trade Practices Act. Despite trying to drive our client out of the market, our client was cleared by the Federal Court of Australia in the process.

    Minimum wage changes from 1 July 2010
    On 3 June 2010 Fair Work Australia (FWA) announced an increase to minimum wages. The FWA decision:
    increased the national minimum wage to $569.90 per week or $15 per hour.
