Daniel has specialised in intellectual property law for over 14 years. In 2006 he joined Kliger Partners from one of Australia’s largest firms.
Daniel advises in all commercial and contentious aspects of intellectual property, including trade marks, copyright, patents, confidential information and passing off. He has acted for a number of major players in IP driven industries, such as fast moving consumer products, entertainment, publishing, finance, automotive, construction and pharmaceuticals. Daniel has a Masters of Laws degree, specialising in intellectual property.
Qualified as a Registered Trade Marks Attorney as well as a lawyer, he has vast experience in the area of brand (trade mark) protection. Entertainment, media
law and e commerce are other areas of Daniel’s practice. Daniel has
developed
a reputation for providing commercial, strategic and outcome-
focused advice
to his clients.
