David has been practising law since 1987. During most of this time he has focussed on commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

David handles all manner of commercial disputes, including those arising from commercial and domestic building, commercial and retail leases, trade practices, fair trading and general business, property and contractual disputes.

Experienced at all levels of the Court hierarchy — from Magistrates’, County,
Supreme and Federal Court to the High Court, David believes that the key to
success in litigation is to keep the commercial objective in mind at all times and
to work closely as a team with his clients.
